Please read these terms carefully before placing an order.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or purchasing from cypc.vercel.app (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users.
2. Products and Pricing
All prices are displayed in Jamaican Dollars (JMD) unless stated otherwise. CYPC Tech Solutions reserves the right to change prices, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual products may vary slightly.
3. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete. Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We accept bank transfer, cash on delivery, and online payments via WiPay. Payment must be confirmed before an order is processed.
4. Delivery
We offer island-wide delivery across Jamaica. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your parish and product availability. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery. Delivery fees are shown at checkout.
5. Returns and Refunds
Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Opened or used products may be returned within 7 days if they are defective or materially different from what was ordered. To initiate a return, contact us at cypctech24@gmail.com. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
6. Warranty
All products carry the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty claims must be directed to the manufacturer unless otherwise stated. We do not provide additional warranties beyond what the manufacturer offers. Warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
7. Limitation of Liability
CYPC Tech Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and software — is the property of CYPC Tech Solutions or its suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.
9. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to protect your account information.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jamaica.
